"I've been going to Disney for years, but after finding the Vistana resort 3 years ago ill never stay on WDW property again, this place has full kitchen ,comfortable bedding and an amazing balcony to chill on "

"bed are filled with hair on blankets, king size bed had pee stains on sheets and mattress, room smelled like urine, you can see the urine stained sheets, the entire waterpark was not open which was a bummer, you have to pay extra fees for property, and parking."

"The hotel was great but we found a cockroach next to the sofa, and we were with out baby and walking to the parking lot was a nightmare because they only had stairs not a ramp to go with the stroller or an elevator to help us go down, they were elevators but way far from main entrance "

"I think you checked all the boxes, however with the scale of the resort, I expected more availability for spa, more equipment in the gym, and a much bigger arcade and putt putt golf. The restaurants were great. The water park and pool lacked sufficient seating. Overall I was happy with my stay."
