We really loved everything about the hotel - the market store in the lobby was super handy for snacks and breakfast bits when you're not in the mood for the full hotel breakfast. The pool area was well equipped and not crowded - and the heated pool was perfect for winter temperatures! The extra activities put on during the festive period were great - films, santa, santa letters etc - all nice touches. The staff were all friendly and helpful - can't fault anyone - we had a great time and will definitely visit again!

Check-in was a quick with friendly receptionist. Refreshing cool beverage was a nice touch. Amenities offered was perfect. After workout in gym, a quick few minutes swim in pool was refreshing. But in mid-Feb, the pool was definitely too cold to enjoy. Hottubs were perfect. Lobby area was alive every night with every table full with people gathering for conversation or watching the Winter Olympics. I could do my laundry while the kids watched a movie by the pool or play in arcade. Cleaning staff quick to remove trash. Definitely a classy family friendly hotel with a ton of resort activities.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and welcoming — a great first impression after a long day of travel. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the space felt larger than expected for a resort property. Housekeeping kept the room refreshed throughout our stay. The location is excellent — close to Disney, easy access to highways, and still peaceful. Perfect for both theme park adventures and relaxing resort days. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The combination of comfort, amenities, and service makes Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress a top choice in Orlando.
