The shuttle was great from the airport and to the cruise port. Very organized even though it was super busy. When we checked in the person that checked us in ( female, name started with T)was very condescending, we were both tired and were asking questions that maybe seemed to be obvious but working front counter at a hotel a person should understand that people travel for hours and in our case almost 20 hours and do not know the area. Adding to the stress our room key didn’t work, had to go 3 times to have it programmed and at the end had to wait for maintenance to come. The room was very basic and there was no coffee machine and no safe. There was a coffee machines in the front but both were out of service. Breakfast is not included but they offer it for 7.99 a person . The mattress was very old and uncomfortable. Overall it is ok for 1 night but would not stay there any longer.
