The room was very big. It easily handled our family of 6. The kitchenette was decent with basic dishes and a stove and fridge. The one bathroom was adequate. It seemed a little run down but was functional. The whole area was quirky but we'll maintained. My main complaint was that the floors were absolutely filthy and the mattresses need to be replaced due to broken springs. Pricing was high, but fair for the location, number of beds and it bring in the middle of the holiday season

Our room had a strong chemical smell such as air freshener. There were no screens on any of the windows, so we could not air it out without letting creatures in. The smell made us ill the next day. The floor was not cleaned. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking around the room and we could feel the debris on the floor. It is very outdated, the walls are peeling and the baseboards are damaged and dirty. The positives are that the room was spacious and it is very close to the beach.

The hotel was conveniently located and within walking distance to the beach, restraunts, and shops. The property was cute and quiet. We booked the family room which was very accommodating for us. The only complaints about the room is that the shower faucet was very worn out and took atleast 20 minutes to find the hot water. Also, the bathroom doesnt have an exhaust fan which created more humidity in an already humid environment, but not a deal breaker. Last complaint is the staff member that checked us in and assisted us on the first 2 days of our vacation was very rude. Not only to us, but other customers checking in to the hotel. It was a rough way to start a vacation and made us feel unwelcome. The overnight staff we interacted with was very helpful and accommodating.

Our overall trip was great. Jasmine helped us through the time that we arrived in we left. We decided to pay the extra money to check in early and stay late. It was well worth it. We loved the Jacuzzi. It was perfect. No one in there at all. We love the restaurant Village Café next-door had great food. Then we walked down to Sun Surf Sand restaurant, food was amazing food! overall Trip was perfect 5❤️

Pros: walkable to the beach, beds comfortable, air conditioning worked, lots of pools to choose from, good dining options close by, moderately lower price for the area. Cons: up to five hour delays for staff to respond to texts, nobody was available to check me in, no bottled water provided - you have to purchase it from the cafe next door, the wifi only works intermittently - rebooted once and was trouble-free for only a few minutes afterwards, there were no beach towels available every day of my stay - I had to buy my own - was told supply is “limited at peak times” which was always, air conditioning unit is very loud, the hot water takes a few minutes to work, the washroom stays humid so towels smell, no windows or ventilation, floors are very dirty, gum caked on the floors in many spots, black mould all over the bathroom ceiling, the bed pillows are completely flat

I had to book a last-minute hotel for five people due to our flights being canceled. I found the North Beach Hotel because it said it had a room that could accommodate all five of us. We arrived around 10:30 a.m. and were unable to check into our room until 3:00 p.m., which was fine. The outdoor area was cute, so we spent most of the day hanging out there. When we finally went to our room, we immediately noticed that it looked nothing like the pictures online. The room was dirty — the walls, baseboards, and floors were not clean. There was a very strong chemical cleaning smell, which was strange because it looked like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. The bathroom had strange knobs on the walls, and there were exposed wires hanging down from behind the TV. We only stayed for one night because we were exhausted from traveling and waiting around all day. We really wished the room would have worked out because the two-bedroom layout and kitchen were perfect, and the room itself had plenty of space for all five of us. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was very disappointing.

The ac had to be on 64 to cool the rooms. Felt pretty humid inside. The lights where the 2 bed were didn’t work, door handles were coming off. The place wasn’t bad. Very close to the beach which is what we were looking for. Older place but nice area. Had may food options around. I’d give it 3/4 stars overall
