    Very Nice 2 Bedroom residence at the St. Regis. Well appointed and clean apartment in a beautiful hotel. Great for a family stay, and includes essential gear for a baby (like crib, high-chair, etc.)

    Beautiful Property, Perfect Location, Wonderful Amenities

    We had a short business trip in the area and were lucky to come across this property as a rental option for our visit. The property and amenities were far and above 5 Stars. An easy get to and from location was perfect for us. In the heart of Bal Harbour, with The Shops, restaurants, beach, etc., within walking distance is ideal. Looking forward to our next trip to the area to stay again.

    Lovely apartment in a beautiful resort

    We stayed for 5 days in this 2-bedroom residence located in the central tower at the St. Regis Bal Harbour. We've stayed at the hotel before, and the residence gave us all of the amenities of the hotel, with the added benefit of shared living space and an extra bedroom. Thanks for the hospitality!

    Gorgeous view, st Regis luxury

    Place is beautiful, both patios are very large at a great height (10th floor) for a view right to the horizon. It's less of an apartment and definitely a hotel residence (kitchen is small, not for cooking). The St regis beach attendants are great and the beach there is very nice. Also right across from a bunch of great restaurants @ Bal Harbour Shops. CVS, Starbucks, Josh's Deli, all walking distance. Publix close too. The lockbox is located behind the CVS which is a 5 min walk but pick up is easy if you follow directions.

    The property was spectacular, I enjoyed the two oceanfront view balconies.. The suite was ultra-modern. I have never used a Vrbo before and didn't like having to find a lock box blocks from the space. I wanted to communicate with the owner but couldn't

    Amazing property and amazing views

    We had an amazing time! The property is beyond amazing, words can’t describe the views and the property amenities, def a repeat with this host. The host is responsive, helpful and caring. The room service was delicious, the pool & beach access were also amazing We ate the restaurants downstairs and they were very good too. The location is across the street from the Bal Harbour Mall with many amazing dining options and also lots of shopping so bring your credit card!! You won’t need a car because the location is so great. Did I say we will make this a repeat destination with this host? Because even a picky 11 year old had an amazing time!!

    Wonderful Vacation

    My wife, one year old son and I had a great time at the property. The unit offers incredible ocean front views from each of the two balconies. The condo is exactly as you see in the pictures. The master bathroom is incredibly large and my wife loved it! We enjoyed all three of the pools on site as well as the umbrellas and chairs provided on the beach. This is a very family friendly resort and my son had a great making friends with the other children. Additionally, we dined each morning at the buffet of one of the on site restaurants and it was great! Otherwise we had dinners directly across the street at the Bal Harbour Shops, which is only a 5 min walk. Highly recommend booking the unit and we can’t wait to return!

    Really nice two bedroom in a fantastic resort. Host was easy to work with. Only negative is the off site pickup of key fob in a cafe parking lot down the street.

    It was disaster!

    The dirtiest place i ever saw! I have all the pictures with me, i wish i could be able to put here. I left the apartment first day we couldnt able to sleep it was terrible. They are so unhelpfull. Even you are not taking the key of the house from residence lobby, they were completely weirdest people . I hate it! I will never rent a place from them!

    I would recommend but with a few suggestions

    I would recommend this property to others but caveat it with a few suggestions before arrival. 1. Pack washcloths. We rented 2 units from this owner. Our unit had 2 wash clothes. The other had none. We ended up having to buy some from the kitchen section at Publix. 2. Buy disposable coffee cups. We thought to purchase coffee singles but didn't realize our unit only had one coffee cup. 3. Buy a Kleenex box. You don't realize how often you reach for a Kleenex until you don't have one. There are plenty of extra toilet paper rolls, though. 4. When we checked in, the corners of the drapes in both units were hanging down. People don't realize they are motorized and to use the switch on the wall. We made a service request, and they were all hung back correctly the next day. The motor in the master of this unit isn't quite strong enough, though. You have to very gently pull the two sides together, as the motor is working, to get it to close fully. 5. Even though you know from reading previous reviews that getting the keys is awkward, you don't understand how much until you’re the one searching for the lockbox. My advice, read the instructions carefully. My husband came back drenched in sweat and highly agitated. 6. The property, hotel, and surrounding shops and restaurants are stunning! The beach is immaculate, and the water is crystal clear! The food and service are AMAZING! Take a breath, relax, and enjoy your beautiful vacation!

    Exceptional stay

    My family and I had a truly wonderful stay. The unit was clean and just as described. The location is perfect : the area is really quiet and even though the beach is public, it's almost like a private one. The St. Regis staff is just amazing : they are friendly and make you feel like home. The host was caring and easily reachable. We would definitiely comme back again.

    Luxury apartment in the Bal harbor area

    This is the second time we rent this property. This is a great apartment for a family vacation, my kids love their private bedroom. This apartment is located in a nice quiet area close to fine restaurants and shops, I’m looking forward coming back soon.

    Great stay at St Regis

    Had a wonderful vacation with friends in this lovely condo. Spacious and clean, with great ocean views! Hotel is located directly across the street from the Bal Harbour mall which has great shopping and dinning options. Highly recommend!
