"It's nice because it has everything—restaurants, food, etc.—but the rooms need to be renovated a bit; they are a little run-down. "

"We only stayed one night and our room was all the way in the back of the hotel so we didn't explore much. It did look like there was a lot to do and the hotel itself was nice. The room was large but the bathroom was kind of gross. The bathtub filled up and didn't drain when we showered so that was disgusting. Other than that, everything else was comfortable. I would rebook. "

"We had double beds which of both were box springs, haven’t slept in one of those in years. We could not get the room cold enough no matter what we set the temperature at, including continuous fan. Cold water in the sink/shower was hot, hot was scolding. We ordered food poolside the staff forgot half of it, we used the messaging app and we still haven’t had a response (currently 3 days). This was a first time at this resort and for sure will not return. "

"Not a bad place, but could use some updates and renovations. The vent fan in our bathroom was leaking water (probably from above unit). Staff came over pretty quickly (this was after 10pm, so bonus points for that), but never fixed the problem, and never spoke to us about it again. We had also noted the unit smelled a little bit, like there was stagnant air. Let them know about it but never addressed. Also there was only one garbage can in unit (in bathroom, none in kitchen). Overall I think the place was nice but they do have some things to address."
