"Clean room helpful staff"

"Pool didnt feel heated like it said and the spa was closed.."

"We were overall very impressed with the hotel. We loved the pools, mini golf, kitchenette set-up and laundry. Would have loved a few more eating utensils, as there were only 4 of each. The beds seemed Murphy-like, and made noise every time someone rolled over. Also, even though we reserved the room for four people, we only had towels and sheets for 2. Breakfast choices were scarce the first day with large spring break crowds, but had plenty of choices the second day. The front desk was prompt to bring them to us, and overall, I’d recommend the hotel. "

"The staff was awesome! I rented 4 rooms. There were roaches crawling in 2 of the rooms and the jacuzzi was out of order. Other than that, the staff was excellent. "

"The room wasn’t properly cleaned. The floors were dirty and there was hair in the bathroom. The staff was impatient and rude, especially at the front desk. This was surprising because of all the positive reviews. The plus side is that it’s close to the Disney parks. The morning breakfast wasn’t anything special either. "

"Went in the room and checked out after 5 minutes of being there. I lost my money for a 3 night stay and went and booked at another hotel. I rather loose the money that sleep there. Hopefully they do something about the place it has good location but horrible conditions."

"Older facility showing its wear and tear but very nice helpful staff. Great extras such as free cabanas! Really warm pool!! Working hot tub. Also just opened a Dunkin’ Donuts on site. Chucky cheese on site. Happy hour specials. Great deal for the money if you don’t mind an old hotel in safe but so so old business location. "
