"Clean rooms, friendly staff "

"Rude staff and dirty outdated rooms. Room smelled like paint not clean. If in town for the disney/universal id spend the extra to stay in site. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, beds expected for Disney. The kitchen staff was super awkward; some girl in the pizza section seemed confused about us wanting a slice of pizza each. I don’t know if it was not a good interaction. Only one pool was working; it was horrible! I did not know that! I had to walk to the other hotel because the only pool working was full of teens unsupervised. In addition, the same teens were running down the hallways at late hours; it literally felt like I was at a motel."

"We ended up going to Disney world for a week. The hotel was nice the pools were awesome! My 7 yr old loved The indoor play area. "

"Clean room but they charge for daily cleaning. Most of the staff was great. Had problems with room keys not working repeatedly. The plug in receptacles in the besides lamps were worn out and did not charge our phones. We didnt notice until the next night. Had two rooms and all four lamps had the same issue. "
