As you enter the grand space of the atrium you are transported to a lush garden experience, the room decor is beautiful, the pools and grounds are the best, the restaurant offerings are exceptional and the hospitality of the staff is wonderful... "Probably the cleanest hotel i have ever been at. Staff was wonderful. My only complaints was they ran out of pool towels almost our whole time there- but the dirty towel bins were always full- like no one was washing towels the 3 days we were there. And our bed squeeked and creaked with every slight movement, it wasnt the mattress but the actual bed. Overall- i would definitely stay again. "

"We had a great stay overall. One issue we ran into was with bell services when storing our luggage before our room was available. Based on our experience, I would recommend keeping any important or valuable items with you, or using a locker in the park instead of leaving them in your bags. Pop Century is close to the Sky-Liner and that made all the difference."
