部屋は綺麗シャワーの水圧は弱めスタッフは深夜でも優しく対応してくれました。水、コーラ、軽いスナックは受付で購入できます。近くにショップはありません。

The amenities in the resort fees were not available. The had no park shuttle, the guest laundry was not available, the breakfast had burnt egg disks, the room wasn't ready at check in, our keys stopped working on the second day so we couldnt get in, and i asked for additional towels and never received them.

Wonderful breakfast for guests. Front desk was very helpful with transportation needs and questions with things in the area, especially Disney.

Staff was great when we came early in the day. They had held a package for me, was easy to pick up. Held our luggage during the day. We tried to take the complimentary shuttle but there was an issue with the contract. The staff kindly paid for our uber due to the trouble of standing out there on a very chill day.

The staff are nice , the room is spacious the only downside is the beds and pillows were beyond uncomfortable and the first floor is convenient but not near the elevator as you can hear everything outside. If it’s a short trip and you have no back problem it’s a good and affordable option. Great staff again.

My room was not ready upon arrival, had to wait an additional 20 mins, besides that stay was good, nice area, clean hotel and quiet stay. Breakfast was good and front desk staff friendly

The desk staff woman was very nice. The room was sort of clean.The tv Head static E reception and some channels didn’t come in. Maintenance came to look at it, but he said that they’ve been having connection problems so he couldn’t fix it. There was hair in the shower and on the floor outside of the shower which inhibited me from wanting to take a shower there so I did not the pool was dirty as well. The maintenance and continental breakfast staff only spoke Spanish, so there was no ability to communicate with them. I speak English.

The room was clean, breakfast very good and staff was pleasant. But Gabriela who takes care of guests at the front desk is amazing. Not only is she always happy and friendly but I left a luxurious item at the Hotel after check out and she made sure I received it in another state. Gabriela deserves a raise. She goes above and beyond for her guests! We will absolutely stay at this Hotel again:)

Room was cleaned and beds were comfy. But outdated and you can tell they don’t keep up with repairs. (Stains on ceiling in room and bathroom, chips in the shower, door broken to the fridge). Overall good for the price. Breakfast was surprisingly good. I’d stay here again if on a tight budget but otherwise would skip.

I arrived around midnight and was greeted right away by a very friendly front desk associate who provided great customer service. Throughout my stay, all staff from housekeeping to general employees were polite and professional. The hotel is conveniently located near the ESPN Sports Complex and Disney parks, and the price for a three-night stay was very affordable compared to nearby hotels like the Gaylord Palms. The room was clean and comfortable. Some furniture could use updating, but it wasn’t an issue. The bed was comfortable, AC worked perfectly, and the refrigerator, microwave, and bathroom were all clean. Hot water took a few seconds to warm up, which was normal. The room was exactly what we needed since we were mostly there to sleep and head back out to the parks next morning. Breakfast was good for a quick bite with waffles, eggs, sausage, bread, and desserts. The area is small and can get crowded, but any frustration came from other guests not the hotel. Overall, this is a solid option if you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to stay without breaking the bank. For my family, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

The front desk was very friendly when we checked in. I like the sliding door in the bathroom. Some areas for some improvement though. Our carpet was dirty and sticky, even though the rest of the room was clean. I should have brought my slippers. The complimentary shampoo/conditioner combo was not very friendly on my hair. There is no complimentary lotion and the bar of soap was terrible. Bring your own. There was very few electrical outlets. Bring your own extension cords. Breakfast was the same everyday, but great that it is included and provided. Parking was also free, which was wonderful. The property is at the end of the road and was quiet and seemingly safe.

The shuttle service although limited did make for a cheap convenient way to get the the theme parks. Which saved us a considerable amount of money. The room was nice and clean but the carpet in the main areas was little old. Service was excellent, breakfast was average but convenient. Overall definitely worth the cost.
