"Incredibly convenient location, in walking distance to Disney Springs. Complimentary shuttle service to parks was easy to reserve. Spacious rooms. Some aspects of the facilities seemed dated. Received two drink vouchers, but the bar closed a bit earlier than I expected--was able to use the vouchers on drinks from the convenience area, though. Was told we'd get two complimentary waters each day, but didn't receive those on the second day. Also didn't get multiple new towels on the second day. Couldn't get ahold of front desk from our room phone. So mostly great with a couple minor inconveniences."

"everything was perfect, there is something to do for everyone. Walking distance to Disney Springs and the shuttle takes you to all the parks. I have zero complaints."

"The Swan is a very nice place to stay at Disney World, especially if you spend any time at Epcot, Hollywood Studios or the Boardwalk, which are all accessible by speedy water taxi. The breakfast was also quite good. The rooms were clean and comfortable."

"The Main pool was closed they only had one pool operating but you could walk over to the other all star resorts and use their pools but what an inconvenience. The room had a dirty tissue under the bed and the mini grid was leaking water the overall stay was poor. "

"Carpets in hallway are rippled and aging. There was spilled mulch in the hallway from a planter, and dead leaves around another plant for days! Michelle at check-in was very cordial and friendly. Need more offerings of “quick pick up” hot food! Cocktails are majorly weak! And I was served a gin and tonic at Phils that was basically all ice! You should be ASHAMED of yourselves for charging a surplus $56.50 per day when room charges are already $300+!! Corporate greed at its worst! "
