Reservé bajo el nombre Comfort Inn y luego cambiaron el nombre del hotel. Me realizaron dos débitos sin siquiera haber hecho check-in, cargos que no correspondían a mi estadía. Por miedo, ya que no conocía el nuevo nombre del hotel, tuve que reportar mi tarjeta en pleno viaje. Los cuartos estaban malísimos: las camas dobladas en el medio, hongo en el baño, sábanas y almohadas amarillas. El desayuno no es bueno. No vuelvo ni lo recomiendo. Me sentí estafada. Cuando fui a recepción a notificar los cargos, me dijeron que no, que no me habían cobrado. No encontraban mi reservación. Ninguna de las 7 noches pude dormir bien. Adicional a la reserva, me cobraron un cargo de $20 por noche, algo que no estaba indicado en Expedia. Honestamente, hay mejores lugares por el mismo precio.

The bedsheets were dirty, and we had to lay towels on the bed just to be able to rest. We were exhausted and didn’t have the energy to call the lobby for assistance. This experience was unacceptable, and we will not be returning—period.

Original room given on check in was poor. Bunk beds not done, dirty sheets and blankets, missing remote, we asked the staff to give us sets of bed sheets but they didnt do it, the front attendant said the housekeeper already left for the day?! If I didn't ask, they never update us. Asked to transfer room. The 2nd room's AC was not working. Asked to tranfer the third time, it was satisfactory but the flusher toilet chain was broken but we fixed it! Needs deep cleaning all the rooms 😪

En general es un hotel en el que te puedes hospedar. La limpieza es uno de los aspectos que más necesita atención. El baño no se veía desinfectado. La cama y las almohadas no olían bien. Pero si lo único que harás es bañarte y dormir, es una buena opción por su precio.

The pools wasn’t clean hot tub was cold there was no towels in pool area breakfast was plain no room service they didn’t clean the room right the lady put a towel on a broom and mopped the floor with some spray I needed to keep asking for them to clean the room the only made one bed toilet kept making noises water didn’t even get hot my family ended up with food poisoning I kept asking for room to be cleaned they told me no I will never recommend this place it’s very outdated no amenities we got stuck on the elevator worst family trip ever

The location of the hotel is good and convenient, but that’s where the positives end. The property is clearly old and poorly maintained. The floors were sticky, which was very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was extremely disappointing — it felt like it was done just for the sake of it. Beds were not properly made, and the bathroom was not cleaned during our stay. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance ruined the experience. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

The location was good very close to all the Disney Parks. The Room could use some upgrades with regards to bathroom as shower curton didn't fit was too small and didn't have a liner could used more of a curved shower liner rod to give you a bit more space, a removable shower head also would have been nice. Towels were delievered daily, however sheets were not changed daily. Breakfast was good had eggs except for 3/7 days and pillows need to be replaced, the bed itself was good, but also more hangers were needed and more drawers for 2 people was needed. We were under the impression it was Comfort Inn, but I believe ownership has changed as if you look at Google Maps, "Comfort Inn" has been changed to "Closed Permitally" so not quite sure who the new owners are, unless its a private ownership not under a name brand. However, they did said they were going to do some room updates.

We had to move three times during our stay and rooms were dusty and they don’t clean everyday in addition there is cockroaches in the drawers and over tv stands .staff are friendly but rooms are old and not cleaned

The hotel receptionist was friendly and provided all the necessary information about the hotel. Breakfast was very good, American-style. The hotel has a family-friendly atmosphere, the nights were quiet, the room was clean, and the location is very close to the Disney parks. Overall, it was a good experience for the price paid.
