「Exceptional! However, there is no microwave in the rooms. No iron or ironing boards. Had to request for iron. There was no sheets/blanket available for the sofa beds. Had to request for them and attendant brought them quickly to our room.
Further, some cleaners couldn’t communicate in English. Had a hard time communicating with them. 」

ホテル自体は簡単な朝食もあり、コーヒーマシンは24時間使えるし、クッキーも美味しくとても快適でした。虫がたくさん出るという口コミがあったのでワクワク期待してたのですが、全く出なくて残念でした。
私達のミスで夜の12時頃に迷惑をかけてしまったのにも関わらず、フロントのレオさんが優しく丁寧に対応してくれました。とにかくホテルスタッフは皆さん優しいです！行くことがあればまた利用したいです。

「The property itself was great. We didnt stay in the room for very long but check in was seamless and quick, parking was no issue and the location was ideal for our time at the Disney Parks. The room itself looked slightly barren as if furniture that used to be in the room was no longer there but thats all」
「I liked everything about the property; however I did not get a balcony as it stated in my confirmation email and upon booking. I also did not like that the times available for the waterpark did not meet me needs at all, and it was closed as well as the pool whenever i wanted to go. I had a relative that stayed at the Westgate in Orlando, and their pool was open until 11pm and I enjoyed her balcony as I did not get one. 」
