"So Orlando renters has 9 tiers of property, yet they don't explain what they are. Not on their website or Expedia. Expedia looks like it's based on # of rooms but "value plus" is a stained carpet dirty baseboards, broken blinds, no grass just dirt home that doesn't match the quality in the photos. The people at Orlando Renters were nice, but the property manager was rude. Not sure I'd book with them again. Beware that unless it's executive or higher, expect a less than impressive home (cleanliness wise)"

"Wonderful and highly responsive owner. Everything worked. Few annoying things. No key provided the main pool so you have to wait at the gate until someone lets you in. House is a bit outside of main Reunion so no access when gates are closed. You'll have to go to the main road and enter at main entrance. Not that big of a deal just tough during rush hour when road is backed up. Garage was a nice perk but no opener so you have to enter the house to open the door. With that said it is wonderful value for the money, clean, safe and quiet."

"I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast this trip but in the past it was good. The room was nice as always. This trip I left behind a golf shirt, when I got home I called and was told no shirt was turned in, that’s very disappointing."

"We paid a lot of money to stay at this home manly because it is geared towards kids and we are traveling with our kids and grandkids. Upon arrival the pool was dirty and the heat was not working. Main part of going to Florida in February and March is to be able to swim and enjoy the outdoors. The owner said they would have someone out the next day. The pool should have been cleaned and heater verified as working upon arrival! Day 2 still could not swim. Someone came to check the filter and we were told the owner would need to approve the purchase before they could replace it. The power told us to remove the filter to get the pool working. Day 3, still unusable but the pool company came and told us that if they treated the pool we would not be able to use it for another 24 hours so we told them no. As Michigan pool owners we decided to go get some shock andHandle it ourselves. Pool finally started clearing up however it was still filthy. Pool was a disaster from start to finish. Upstairs shower where the kids would need to bathe, rail was broken and sticking out so it was also unusable. Downstairs bathroom off patio had no cold water so again, unusable and the kids could not wash their hands in there as the water was only hot. Owner was very difficult to get a hold of ( they told us they were on a cruise) and unhelpful. Would NOT stay here again. "

"A house like this that caters to family is inevitably going to expect to see some wear and tear. The management team was exceptionally responsive when needs arose. I do wish they had more chairs at the counter. Several of those were missing. The beds are not the most comfortable and very loud, but did not detract from a great trip.TIP: Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, soap and shampoo/conditioner. There is a limited amount. There also are about 1 bath town per bed allocated along with beach towels. Be prepared to do laundry to have enough there. "

"We had the most wonderful two week stay! The house was incredible for our large, multi generational family. The young children loved the pool and playroom and spent hours enjoying those spaces. The management was incredibly responsive and helpful. Hope we can stay again soon!"
