"Nothing bad to say, but wouldn't stay here again. The 15 minute drive to Disney noted in description is very inaccurate. It might be 15-20 miles, but it took at minimum 45 minutes to get to Disney and about 50-60 to get to Universal. We felt like we spent most of our time driving to and from and Orlando traffic is terrible at best.Amenities were lacking...mini shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom allowed for one shower. Place was clean...but not clean. You can take that how you want. I don't think light switches have ever been wiped off...I'm scared to know what grossness I didn't see, but it was fine for the price."

"The amenities are amazing! The lazy river and pool water was heated and felt really nice. The hot tub was great as well. The facility also had different activities for children and my daughter loved the water slide. The bed was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. I had a very difficult time sleeping. The walls are also the thinnest walls I’ve ever encountered in my life and I could hear talking, every noise, front door opening, people walking upstairs and turning their water on."

"We had a great experience staying at the Harry Potter House! The property was a little older, but generally well maintained. The Harry Potter theming was spot on and excellent. The pools at the clubhouse were heated and comfortable to go into on sunny mid-70 degree days in February. At one point, we had an issue with the wash machine not working. Sage Vacations/the owner did everything that they could do to recover from that issue - which was greatly appreciated."

"We stayed for 6 weeks. The townhome was nice and fit our needs, especially for a long stay. It was clean, comfortable and we had one minor issue that Daniel addressed immediately. The resorts fitness center, pools and hot tubs were used by us extensively and enjoyable. We recommend this spot to anyone and would stay again if we travel back to the Orlando area. Great experience!"

"The townhouse was so cool! Very well Encanto themed! It was nice and clean. My one critique is maybe provide washcloths in addition to hand towels and bath towels. Other than that, everything was great!"

"The hosts were AMAZING! Cannot say enough good things and the house was PERFECT! Had everything. Toys and space for our toddler, crib for our infant that fits perfectly next to the master bed. Gates. TVs. I could go on and on. This place is a dream for families. Highly highly recommend! "

"When we got there, the rental wasn’t ready and the “cleaning lady” was still there. It was freezing in there too! The thermostat had a lock box on it and the temperature dropped to 68. We reached out to the host that night to only get an answer the next morning saying “ our apologies. Will reach out to owner of the property” We went to Universal Studios for the day in hopes that when we got back, the temperature would’ve been adjusted. NO. My husband had to reach out to the owner himself (luckily we had an email with the number) that’s when they sent someone within 30 minutes or so to raise the temperature. Not to mention, there were blue stains on the sheets of the bedroom that was downstairs and pinkish stains on the carpet in one of the bedrooms upstairs. We decided to check out the next day because it was not worth the headache !"
