「The location was perfect. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The size of the house was perfect and it was decorated very well. I also appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with tools that made it easy to cook meals. Overall, I would definitely rebook this property again.」
「Exceptional! However, there is no microwave in the rooms. No iron or ironing boards. Had to request for iron. There was no sheets/blanket available for the sofa beds. Had to request for them and attendant brought them quickly to our room.
Further, some cleaners couldn’t communicate in English. Had a hard time communicating with them. 」

ホテル自体は簡単な朝食もあり、コーヒーマシンは24時間使えるし、クッキーも美味しくとても快適でした。虫がたくさん出るという口コミがあったのでワクワク期待してたのですが、全く出なくて残念でした。
私達のミスで夜の12時頃に迷惑をかけてしまったのにも関わらず、フロントのレオさんが優しく丁寧に対応してくれました。とにかくホテルスタッフは皆さん優しいです！行くことがあればまた利用したいです。

「I liked everything about the property; however I did not get a balcony as it stated in my confirmation email and upon booking. I also did not like that the times available for the waterpark did not meet me needs at all, and it was closed as well as the pool whenever i wanted to go. I had a relative that stayed at the Westgate in Orlando, and their pool was open until 11pm and I enjoyed her balcony as I did not get one. 」
