"Everything was nice, beautiful, and clean villa. If I had to rate our stay, it would be an eight out of ten. Why? The king beds in the suites were very, very uncomfortable. We asked the front desk for a foam mattress topper, but they did not have one. The young lady at the desk was very helpful; she suggested using a lot of blankets to help. It wasn’t too bad. And the toilet seat was loose, but they came right away and took care of it."

"The hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in real life. The pool is noticeably smaller than it appears online, and the property feels quite outdated overall. The rooms and common areas could definitely use some renovations. For the price, it’s not a bad place to stay for a night or two, and it serves its purpose if you just need somewhere to sleep. However, I wouldn’t consider it a true resort-style vacation experience. It’s acceptable for a short stay, but don’t expect the luxury atmosphere shown in the pictures."

"We loved the pool area and the lazy river and water slides being right there at the pool. But at 67 and 72 the couch and beds were hard. Id love to see some new comfortable furniture come in and I'd be totally sold. We r already thinking of coming with the whole family b4 school starts again. We're gonna bring things to make us more comfortable. But loved it. More items at the food bar would be good too. Just saying. But overall a wonderful experience ✨️"

"Super clean and surprisingly modern considering the price. The bed was comfortable, air was cold, water was hot and had good pressure, mini fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, ironing board, safe, microwave included. There was some mild road noise but otherwise quiet and had blackout curtains. The only surprise was the 200$ deposit charge to our card which we were told could take up to 3 days to return. Overall great value for the price."
