Dawneth was great. She offered friendly prompt service. She went above and beyond and upgraded our stay, which was much appreciated! Check-in was great, the staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only down side was the breakfast it is the same continental breakfast you get for free at another hotel but they charge you $8 a person here. It is what it is, but overall the hotel was perfect.

This was a good stay overall. The staff was helpful in every aspect and the location is very close to the parks. My ONLY complain is the AC unit that shuts off automatically and there is no way to control it. This woke us up in the middle of the night every night.
