Our second time staying here but first time staying in one of the apartments. It was just as nice as one of the condos. The property is secure and very well maintained. The pool, water park and activity area makes it where you don’t have to leave to enjoy yourself. It’s definitely our choice for accommodations.

This place is simply amazing! If you are planning for a Disney vacation or just an Orlando vacation, this is the place to stay for sure! My family loved everything about this resort. From the amenities, the stay accommodations, and the staff, this place far exceeded our expectations. We will not only be back, we plan to make this our go to home away from home whenever we are in Orlando!

The place was nice, very convenient to everything. However, parking was overpriced. Plus if you get a two bedroom, it’s only two options for the room and both of them are boy-like. That was the main downfall. I was celebrating my daughter’s birthday and they had a Batman and King Kong room. Nothing for girls. The water was not as hot too. Other than those things mentioned, the place was great. Very nice and modern. Great for families and kids.

Overall, my experience was great. The property was clean. My room was awesome and the kids had fun at the water park. Didn’t know I had to pay an additional $200 resorts fee when I checked in and parking was not free for guest, we had to $36 per day for parking.

The property was very beautiful and well kept. We had no issues with the check in process and the room was in top tier condition! The only downfall with the property is that you have to pay additional for parking which is $37 per day.This is an addition to the resort fee of $50 per day. That definitely needs to be looked into and adjusted. Even with that I would stay again.

This was the nicest, cleanest place ever stayed at and would stay again. Amazing property and appears the way the website shows. Top notch property. Was close and easy to get to everything. Our only complaint is the shuttle to the parks, it does not run enough and was booked before we could reserve.

Loved the 3 bedroom apartment. Loved the pool area with the waterslides. Didn't like being charged for the areas with shade around the pool. And didnt like being charged to park. Like 35 a day to park where im staying. May not come back just because of that.

Overall, I would rate this property a 9 out of 10. We had a great experience. The resort is peaceful, rooms are spacious, the staff is extremely friendly, property is accessible to several attractions, good value for your money. The pool area is large, and the food and drinks were good. We really can't complain about anything and will be returning.

Our room is extremely clean well stocked the kids love the theme room arcade was nice. Everyone really enjoyed the polls. The staff at the restaurant bar were super friendly. The food was pretty good for poolside food…nothing too fancy but good enough. Lots of great food options close by and really good proximity to Universal Studios. Definitely would visit again.
