So Orlando renters has 9 tiers of property, yet they don't explain what they are. Not on their website or Expedia. Expedia looks like it's based on # of rooms but "value plus" is a stained carpet dirty baseboards, broken blinds, no grass just dirt home that doesn't match the quality in the photos. The people at Orlando Renters were nice, but the property manager was rude. Not sure I'd book with them again. Beware that unless it's executive or higher, expect a less than impressive home (cleanliness wise)

Booked expecting a ChampionsGate location, but after booking was given an address in a completely different area. I tried to cancel, they wouldn’t let me, moved forward anyway. That turned out to be a mistake. The home had a strong odor, visible mold (including in the pool area), and very dirty, unsanitary carpet. It was not as described at all. We had to leave immediately and did not stay. Management was completely unresponsive! I called multiple times and sent photos/messages on WhatsApp that were read but ignored. The only help we received was from Expedia. Thanks to management not responding and declining any kind of help at all, we booked another place. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Very disappointing experience overall.

House was dirty, very dusty, dirty pots and pans, moldy shower curtains, dirty walls. Paid for pool heat they apparently forgot switch on, turned on a day later but forgot to adjust the plumbing to include the heater in the circuit. Not a response as to my many inquiries, very poor customer service

The overall presentation of the house was fine, but the decor is very dated and needs an update. The overall cleanliness was average with the floors, and work surfaces being very sticky. All flatware and table settings including cups and glasses needed to be cleaned before use. The bedrooms were very cold if not freezing at night, and there was no way to regulate the heating, as the thermostat is locked behind a plastic box attached to a ring alarm. The renter specifies that they require you to help the cleaning team by stripping the beds and putting on a wash as well as the dishwasher. We did but at the start of our stay on the first night of arrival, we needed to go to a store and buy cleaning products and tabs for the dishwasher and washing machine, plus kitchen and toilet rolls, as 1 is hardly sufficient for a family of 4 who are spending 2 weeks in a rental property. The location of this property is ideal being in close proximity to the interstate, but the cleanliness and the availability of cleaning products is not satisfactory.

I would not rent from this company . The process was easy to follow to get in. But when we called to tell the company that the TV in the living room was broke that the garbage disposal was broke and the hot tub didn’t work. They never answered the first 2 times, then we they did they could not have been more rude. All we wanted was to let them know about a few deficiencies. The woman from the company was rude and kept talking over us, she said that we did not pay extra for heating of the hot tub. There is no where in the contract where we saw this. Needless to say I would not rent from this agency.

The other sent someone who couldn't fix the problem. I want a major refund as the 4 of us had to travel somewhere to get service to be able to work. No tv was brutal!!!!!!!

Horrible cot for beds.

It took me a month to make a review because I am not one to ever complain. I travel more than once a month, and I usually share about all of the amazing things about a place. The first thing I will mention is that you will not get an address until the day before, which becomes a big problem when you have coworkers traveling over 22 hours and need to give an address of stay at their country’s airport. The code did not work when we arrived… But to me the truly worst part was the fact that after LONG traveling hours my guests didn’t have a bed, 4 of them had a cot for bed. To say that I was embarrassed to offer that was an understatement. Then, the 3 beds that had a mattress were unsleepable. Yes. We did not get more than 2 hours of sleep in our stay. I do not recommend this place unless your only option is to sleep in a car. Very disappointed. Never again.

No go with Orlando Renters

Orlando Renters is a tough company to deal with and I will not use them again. I would recommend to hotels.com that they reconsider brokering bookings for this company. “customer service” was rude and dismissive. The hot tub will not be hot unless you tell them ahead of time and incur an additional hidden cost. If this was known ahead of time I’d be okay with it. However nowhere in the listing or the extensive pre-registration paperwork was this noted. The house was dated, holes in carpet, blinds to the pool area don’t open. Additionally, you are assigned a house from an inventory rather than being able to select an individual property

This home was GROSS!! It should be taken off of as a rental property!! My home was filled with ants and roaches! Dirty walls, curtains and couches! No sofa bed as stated! Heat to pool is broken! Home is the nasty on the block in the complex. I’ve stayed in this complex before in a WAY NICER HOME! Matter of a fact it was right across the street!!! The home needed to be cleaned my second day there; since it was not cleaned before my arrival. My family and I had to leave the home for hours so the house could be cleaned!! INCONVENIENT!!! Windows were dirty, someone before us stepped on a bug and just left it! GROSS!!! Not enough towels and wash clothes, barely and pots and pans. I left some Faboloso and clean-up bleach there that I purchased on my own during my stay…TELL YOUR TEAM TO USE IT AND REALLY CLEAN! Take this house off of the listings!!! It’s nasty!!!!! My house back in PA is better and cleaner. Thanks for ruining my holidays with my family!!! I’ll never use your rental properties again and I’ll make sure to tell others not to rent from this company EVER!

The stat was excellent except the pool was so cold it was unusable. We had to pay to heat it but then we were told the overnight temperatures made heating it impossible. We were disappointed but other then that it was wonderful

Very beautiful. Everything was nice and clean. I would recommend future guest to bring the own towels and extra toiletries.
