「This hotel room was a bit run down. A staff at breakfast location was rude to a few people including me after wrong order given the room service ladies were fighting right outside my room in the morning I had to complain. Pros: hotel was near by universal studios and other great places and not to far from airport which was a plus.」

「To be honest, everything was perfect. It is one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed with on. The design is amazing. It’s a very comfortable quiet neighborhood as well. Everything is very close, including parks ,amusement parks, restaurants. Anything that deals with touring. It was honestly a very nice relaxing environment. I would love to return once I come back to Orlando, Florida. It is my very first time being here and to just enter in this establishment. Very nice. Very comfy and thank...

「The hotel itself is in a convenient location. The staff was nice and the lobby smelled really good. However, the rooms were pretty run down. And also, they say they have transportation to the parks. But it isn’t like the other hotels in the area that come and go all the time. They have a few drop off and pick up times and that’s it. They also only do room service every other day so since we only stayed two nights we never had service.」

「It was great」
