"Great location close to everything. The pool its very specious and deep and the restaurant wasn’t bad. But the 34 per night parking with half the lot being empty…. Its awful."

"The property is obviously in need of a lot of work. You can see that they're making efforts to upgrade and I was fortunate enough to get an upgraded room. Although the facility as a whole is old and worn, they do a great job to keep it clean."

"My daughter got in the pool and immediately fell ill, runny nose and vomiting also severe stomach pains and needed to be rushed to the hospital. The police also were called. A male individual said that the hotel never cleans the pool. They also accused me of smoking marijuana and I don’t do drugs and my children are non smokers. My 16 year old son was also discriminated on while eating a paid for breakfast. My two year old gold earring was also lost/stolen. Yall should really clean the pool and trash"

"Our stay started on an uncomfortable note. At check-in, we were told we’d receive a “free gift,” only to be handed vouchers and then subjected to a sales pitch. After declining, the atmosphere felt awkward enough that we didn’t even feel comfortable going back into the reception area—definitely not what you want after a long, tiring flight. Unfortunately, things didn’t improve. Our ground-floor room near the rear exit (car park) was extremely noisy. It genuinely felt like there was no soundproofing—traffic, people walking past late at night, and general outside noise were constant. One evening, we even overheard a distressing domestic situation outside, and on both nights, a guest in a neighboring room was loudly discussing trying to hire prostitutes while sitting outside. Although staff did intervene, the issue kept recurring. Inside the room, the problems continued. The air conditioning unit was very loud and outdated. The walls were so thin that we could clearly hear conversations, TV noise, and even someone coughing next door—which woke us up at 6am. We also noticed the smell of weed coming from the back car park. The room itself was dated but generally clean, which is one positive. However, we did spot a few small cockroaches in the sink. Given the overall experience, we were shocked—especially considering the positive reviews we had read beforehand. Perhaps we were just unlucky with our room and neighbors, but feeling unsafe and uncomfortable goes beyond expectation"
