"The common areas were great, but the room was basic. The bathroom needs some upgrading. And the bed was stiff and terrible pillows. But on a I-Drive, a very easy to get to everything! And was walkable to universal, but did have shuttle pickup!"

"The pools and amenities were a lot of fun but our room had seen better days. The blackout shades wouldn’t work and the standard tub system seemed to be broken."

"The hotel room was very spacious and clean. Loved the 3 tv's. Never heard a peep from the other rooms. Staff were wonderful, everyone was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but no sausage or bacon. We did make use of the shuttle to the parks but feel they dont run often enough. We would stay here again because as a whole its a great hotel. Clean, spacious, quiet and near the parks"
