The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was a bit smaller than we thought, but that was to be expected considering the location. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful! "

"The hotel is convenient to museums, shopping and restaurants. We walked to most of our sight-seeing stops and took advantage of the convenient tube stop for our other transportation needs. The room was comfortable. "

"Double room was small but cosy and clean, in the best location for access to shops, shows and food, staff couldn’t be more helpful, we dropped out bags before check in and they were in our room when we checked in later, they also brought them back out for us after we again used to the storage room after checking out, such nice touches!"
