the highlight was the location central to all central london adventures including covent garden and transit , the other was the staff and willingness to assist and support be it any issues with room or finding best local restuarant or transit route always done with a smile the hotel itself is quirky but wonderful and the Henri restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed several breakfasts

Really a nice place to spend a couple of nights while enjoying London. The staff was freindly and helpful. We dined at the restaraunt and it was very good, especially our server. The bar was cozy and quiet, a nice place to enjoy a cocktail away from the bustle of the city.

My favorite place to stay in London. It feels like a home away from home with a splash of special-ness. The location is amazing; a pedestrian street, safe neighborhood, close to a tube station (you can take Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to Covent Garden and walk a few blocks to the hotel). You couldn't ask for nicer staff who will do anything to make you feel welcomed and comfortable.

So charming and in a great location. Great food options on same street. Spacious room and kept clean very well. Staff was very friendly and delivered evening shortbread cookies every night. The air conditioning did seem to fault after the first night but luckily it was chilly when we went but could be bothersome in warmer temperatures.

A fine boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Gardens west end district with a huge assortment of dining, cafes, shops, bars and theaters The choice almost overwhelms. The weekends are very busy with folks out and about. The location is ideal for sightseeing. We walked 6-8 miles daily to museums, parks, the Tower of London, Westminster , Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s, Borough Market, Pubs, theaters, etc. The Henrietta staff was friendly, and the rooms were finely appointed, clean, with comfortable bedding and, especially, quiet, a wonderful respite from all the hustle and bustle. I would recommend this property for couples on a getaway, experiencing London’s entertainment district and monuments.

Really a delight during our trip and loved the location. Our room was spacious and bright and of course the bathroom was gorgeous. The hot water was not quite as hot as we would like for the bath but that was the only complaint and I am sure that had we mentioned it the staff would have been quick to act. The staff was tremendous and very helpful. This was a layover trip so our timing was inconvenient yet they held all our bags coming and going till we were ready. Also had good reccos for restaurants etc. Love the place and will return!

This is an interesting property. It has no lounge or gym. Just a small desk where you check in before going up a lift and narrow hall to one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in during my London visits. Staff is decorated with tats and piercings. As a solo female I will admit this caused me a bit of anxiety, but they were all lovely people. Food is in the Henri restaurant. I only ate there once but they may have served the best mussels I have ever eaten. It is just 3 minutes to Covent Garden and can get noisy at night. Will definitely be back
