「Excellent value and service for money but had some downsides - rooms are not renovated in Sian Kaan (yet), phone wasn’t working, a bit too much spa and add on services advertising even after purchasing a spa treatment (staff is very polite though!). Didn’t know mosquitoes gonna be a problem this time of the year (Oct) but the pharmacy sold mosquito repellent which came in handy and we couldn’t have survived without it.
All minor inconveniences aside, the service is exceptional and i’d visit...

「It was to spaced out,beach very small and dirty,rocky too.meals were terrible,hard to get a French fry,some of the buffet you had a job to get something for your plate that you liked.wasn’t pleased with the entertainment,very poor planning,not much if anything for late night,most shows over 9 pm,definitely not a spot to go for a party.Best meal we had was off the resort.That says much about the place.Definitely won’t be back !!」
