"A good place to stay and relax. Only down side is that there are some communication barriers since I don't speak Japanese and the staff doesn't really speak English, but they did try their best to communicate with you, things like prepared cards and using translation app on their cell phone."

"Beautiful onsen, very hiddrn and quiet. Seems like an authentic Japan experience for foreign travelers. Wonderful private hot spring baths. Choice of western or Japanese slerping arrangements. Ie. Beds or futon mats on real tatami floors. The dinner and breakfast alone are worth the stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially when navigating cultural differences. "

"The hotel was one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed at during our visit to Japan. The staff were so friendly and helpful, from bringing in our luggage, making our futons, helping us look for a misplaced item and farewelling us from the hotel doors. The amenities were great, loved the outdoor Onsen and the drinks that were available at the counter. Highly recommend this place whether you travel with friends or loved ones. The breakfast at the restaurant was also great too, providing a selection of local produce and the servers were very attentive. 5/5 would definitely stay here again. "
