The Room was really beautiful with an own Onsen on the balcony. We had dinner and breakfast and it was phantastic. The staff was very nice and helpful and the garden was beautiful

Elegant Hotel

This hotel was an older, but elegant, well kept hotel. The service was excellent from checking in to breakfast to housekeeping. The hotel seemed a little out of the way, but a free city bus to the outlets was close by. There was a beautiful garden onsite and both the Western breakfast and Japanese breakfast were delicious. The rooms were well apportioned and very large.

We loved our stay at Mars Garden Wood Gotemba- the onsen was beautiful and peaceful. The koi pond and water show were so fun to watch. The room was spacious and the hotel full of amenities we appreciated.

Wonderful experience! Unlike the popular Hotel Clad which is too busy for those who like a quiet and relax hotel, this is situated closed to the shopping outlet with only 10mins drive. Rooms are spacious, five stars service across all units including room service, front desk, restaurant and house keeping, great appreciation to all of you!

Very beautiful hotel. The hotel in Gotenba, Japan is very nice, but also conveniently located on the main highway. It offers a beautiful view of Mt Fuji and Hakone, making it a perfect choice for nature lovers. Additionally, it is very close to the premium outlet, providing easy access for shopping enthusiasts.

Superb room with a nice view on the Mount Fuji and a bath with natural heat water. And vert big shopping center with nice transportation. But very limited transportation ti Hakone.

Great stay

Room is clean and big. It has 2 queen bed and is quite comfortable . There is a carpark so is fine if you want rent a car. Staff at front desk quite inflexible. We stayed there 2 nights and enjoyed the onsen very much

Friendly staff, great teppanyaki at 鉄板焼 - 銀明翠. Breakfast is awesome. Room is clean and big. Comprehensive amenities. Will stay again if I am at gotemba. Very near to outlet.
