The public bath facility is lovely. The hotel is in a great location right next to the train station. The hotel itself is a bit tired in places - some faded grandeur, I think.

The staff are top notch, and the hotel is right near the Hakone Yumoto line with multiple options for travel that use the Hakone Free Pass. There are many restaurants near. Bathroom was a little dated, but everything was immaculate. Would recommend.

Location of this hotel is very good, just 2 minutes walk to the train station. Very quiet and the room is spacious compared to those in Tokyo. The breakfast buffet is the best I had during our trip in Japan, which offers both Japanese and western style food. Hot spring bath is excellent, and I enjoyed very much. Highly recommend it if anyone travels to Hakone. Will definitely stay again in future.

We enjoyed our stay in Yumoto Fujiya Hotel. The hotel has a very good location close to the train station. It is quiet and the onsen are very good for relaxing. It has comfy beds and is very clean. It has a nostalgic atmosphere with an old design.
