「This is definitely a resort for relaxing . I wish they had more entertainment for adults and just overall things to do on the resort . But everyone was helpful, place was clean and beautiful. The food was decent ,I would say they need more Vegan options but overall I enjoyed my stay. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay. There were several things that we didn’t care for. The pools were very warm and not refreshing. The pools were also dirty and caused our suits to turn green from a film floating on top of the water. Our room was very nice and updated. However, our bed was extremely hard and caused my husband to have back pain throughout our stay. While most staff were friendly, there were some that seemed bothered when we would ask for something. 」

「We truly enjoyed our vacation at Catalonia Royal Tulum. Great price. Overall beautiful resort. Smaller than some of the other resorts we have been too but we loved how close everything was. Pool and beach was absolutely beautiful. The water is clear and so blue. Staff were responsive, helpful, sweet, and treated you like family. Food was a 7 out of 10. We loved the food at the Grill, Bloved, Toscana and Rauxa restaurants. The buffet was ok. The things we were less impressed with were the drinks...

「Everything was fenomenal , great service from everyone , good food beautiful beaches views lots of property activities , the only Thing is the rooms needs a lil touch up 」

「従業員は皆一生懸命働き、お願いしたこと全て笑顔でやってくれます。部屋も綺麗に掃除してくれます。しかし、一階だったこともあり、朝起きるとどこからともなく虫が入ってきて、シャワーやトイレ付近にいます。シャワー室の排水口から下水の臭いがするのでエアコンはつけておかなくてはなりません。シャワー室からトイレに水が漏れ、2回直してもらいましたが最後まで漏れていました。何度も言うのは申し訳なく、タオルを敷いてしのいでいました。一階は、ビーチへのアクセスが良いですが、虫や排水口が気になる人は二階より上をお勧めします。」
