"We’ve stayed here before and we love this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was extremely comfortable. The location is great. And the bars are fun and lively."

"Staff was great, breakfast was much better than expected, hotel room was small but had what we needed. The first night we noticed the heater didn’t work but didn’t report it since we didn’t use it. Hotel is just steps from Time Square but no loud noises once inside the room. Arrived 2 hours early to check in and we were offered another room with 2 beds instead of 1 king if we didn’t want to wait, which we took. Could leave our luggage after check out which was a super plus! Hotel in under renovation but no issues at all because of it. Overall nice experience and for sure will stay again."
