"The Row NYC is in a great location for Broadway shows & Times Square. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. My room was clean & tidy. The room did not have a hairdryer & a personal safe (which surprised me but I should check the list of amenities). The bathtub/shower while clean enough could use a good bleach/scrubbing. The shower head could be replaced as it sprayed in all sorts of directions. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is in a great location for anyone who is wanting to hit the main attractions of New York. Brilliant for first timers as you can access most things by foot or get the subway which is also close. I can confirm that the street is very quite despite it being so close to times square. You take a turn, walk for abit and you enter a very quite street. I am a very noise sensitive sleeper and had no issues with outside noise. However, the walls in between the rooms are very thin and are mainly a problem if someone decides to have a late shower then it sounds like a water fountain next to your head. With that all being said, i'd recommend anyone to stay here if its there first time in New York as overall I can't complain."

"I read the reviews before I booked my room. All the reviews were 100% correct. We’ve been to NYC four times in the last 3 years and have stayed somewhere different each time. Well, we found the hotel where we will stay from now on. The Hyatt Regency formerly Crowne Plaza will be the only place we stay. The staff were amazing, the location was perfect."
