「The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. 「The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable. 」

「It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. 「We enjoyed our stay. It was very walkable and close to a lot of things including Broadway shows. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is it could use some updates. The couch is in rough shape and have multiple stains, the outlets were loose and the plugs kept falling out. Communication with the host was excellent, we had a concern when we got there and they were able to send someone over right away. 」

"I’m a returning guest, and the front desk and café staff were very kind and welcoming. However, there were a few issues with the room. Even when the sheets became dirty, they were not always changed during the daily cleaning. There were also several occasions where items like glasses and bath mats were not replenished. As I was staying for an extended period, I would have appreciated having the room vacuumed more regularly. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak and the water temperature was not very hot, which made using the shower inconvenient. That said, the location is very convenient."
