「The unit itself is great and very clean. My main complaint was with the check in process. We didn’t have our check in information until an hour before our check in time. This is a major issue especially with a long day of travel. Once we got the information everything went smoothly but it was very stressful leading up to that time.」

「We were a family of five so there was lots of space for us. It was nice to stay up a bit later and have kids go to sleep in the bedroom. Host’s communication was excellent. Check in was fairly easy. The entry to the building and stairwell were very underwhelming and you have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. The unit was as it is described and is older. Some of the trim needs to be painted or replaced. Mixed area nearby with a rec centre and lots of coffee shops and delis.」

「5 adults stayed for 6 days. Pros: Comfortable beds, even the temporary bed . Great location near major tourist locations. Great a/c Cons: It is a cozy 2 bedroom. It’s was snug. It served our needs. If we travel to New York again we would stay again.」
