「Friendly, helpful staff, a comfortable well-equipped studio-style room, and great location made this one of our best hotel experiences over many years of visits to NYC.」

Es gab keinerlei Probleme, abgesehen von einer kleinen Lärmbelästigung, die der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sofort behoben hat, noch bevor ich überhaupt daran dachte, anzurufen. Ich kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der einen komfortablen, sauberen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt fernab von zu Hause sucht!」

「This apartment was perfect for our stay in New York, as a family of 5 visiting from New Zealand. The location is awesome - easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Kitchen had everything we needed to self cater, and there’s a good supermarket a block away. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat.」

「The room, especially the bedding, had a terrible dog smell. Apparently, they allow dogs in the rooms. Could not even use the sheets and blankets. Luckily, I had brought my own pillow cases. Could hear everything going on in the rooms and hallway around me. Lots of "interesting" characters hanging out at the entrance to hotel. The area was not pleasant at all. Would definitely not recommend or ever go back to this hotel. Lesson learned...you get what you pay for.」
