「My daughter and I found this upstairs unit to be spacious, private, comfortable, well stocked and very clean. There was ample street parking available even for our late arrival, and we felt safe. The host sent timely messages with clear check-in and check out instructions. I would not hesitate to book this property again!」

「There are many positives to note. The host is superb, very responsive and helpful at every turn. The property is very well appointed, on a quiet, tree-lined street, with excellent access to transportation, very good restaurants, coffee shops and parks. I have stayed with this host twice and absolutely will again anytime I am headed to NYC.」

「The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Sadly, the bathtub in the bathroom would clog up after showering. The tiniest trash can was all we had along with 1 pan to cook with. Also, there wasn’t enough blankets for 5 people so we had to go out and buy one. But Toju was nice enough to Cash App us back.」

「I absolutely loved the location. It is a great New York feel staying here. Finding a place with 6 beds at this price felt great. It was easy to find all the places we visited from this location. You do hear all of the New York street noise from the loft at all hours of the night which didn’t bother me. For me, this is part of being in the city. It was awesome to me but if you need quiet to be able to sleep, this isn’t your place. I loved looking out and just seeing the lively city all the time....

「Upon arriving the host contacted us to say the address we thought we were coming to was not the actual address and gave us a different location about a 1/2 mile away. When we arrived at that location the bed sheets had stains, a hole in the bottom sheet, and stained couch. We felt uncomfortable with the address change and condition of bedding, etc. Within 30 minutes we contacted VRBO to ask how to cancel and they said they would contact the host immediately to let him decide. 「This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and...

「Everything was great it was a great location, spacious and as described. The only negative I would say is you can hear the tenants upstairs walking ( which the owner has no control ) but other than that the place is excellent enjoyed my stay for 7 days. Will stay next time for sure.」
