「Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure.」

「Host was SUPER responsive. She replied very quickly to every question. Her notes and signage inside were very helpful - and answered many questions. This is a cottage and has a few quirks, which we found endearing. The beds were very comfortable and the electric blankets were a game changer and allowed us to drop the temp more at night. We slept very well. All furniture was comfortable and little that I could suggest to improve. Did not take advantage of the outside fire pit as we were gone most...

「現地にスタッフが不在で、入室方法がメッセージで届く。それ自体は問題はないが、hotel.comのメッセージは外出先でエラーが出て読むことが出来ず、電話もつながらず、到着時に大変苦労した。また、wifiの電源がたびたび切れて、きちんと設備が維持されているとはいえなかった。 」

「In desperate need of TLC. The door had a one inch space on the bottom. Had to stuff it with a towel. It would not close tight. The only place to hang your clothes was missing hangers and the bar to hange them on.」

「The property had everything we needed and more! It was pretty, clean, and not far from all the activities we had planned! There was a ton of room in the house and the outside was so peaceful especially with the fire pit! We would definitely stay there again!!」
