「Jennifer is very responsive to any questions check in process was easy. The place was very clean. Anything needed was there very close to Letchworth State Park? It looks like they are remodeling. Need to finish some projects. Otherwise there is a nice breakfast area outside a nice place by the fire, a nice view of a easy to find off the highway and within 10 minutes of the state park」

「This is the second year my daughter and I have stayed at this cottage and we love it! It's a great space, plenty of room and super cute! The outdoor space is awesome too - grill, porch with lots of seating and fire pit area, again with lots of seating. The cottage is a short drive from lots of cool shops and restuarants too. 」

「Close to marina. Nice dock on property, but bit of a walk on stairs. Very nice out side seating area. Extremely clean. Cottage decoration that is very tasteful. Owner very helpful and addresses any questions ASAP. Looking forward to returning next year.」

「We rented this property with some friends. There is a semi-private creek, and you can walk to a waterfall and swimming hole. It was just beautiful. I say semi-private because there were very few people there each time we walked it. The gardens were also lovely. We rented both the main house and the guest house. Both were very nice. 「The location is great and the lake front is amazing!!! BUT beware the bedrooms are very very small.. which is fine but we had families with infants that we were hoping to include pack and plays.. it all worked out but the rooms are tight! Also, the listing does not does that a boat and two jet skis are on the property.
