The location is unbeatable! 5 minutes walk to the Niagara Falls. It can’t get better than that. But other than that, there is nothing else to highlight for this hotel…If you are lucky, you will get a room with the view of the park. Otherwise, the room directly faces a car parking garage…The hotel is not the cleanest with not many amenities. Hopefully, they will do a better job to maintain the facilities.

We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and a sofa each. When we arrived at the property, we were notified that due to overbooking the manager changed our reservation to 1 king bed. We had to decline the change and had to move out and find another hotel which we did not appreciate. I haven't read the fine prints and I am sure there is loop hole for this. But it does not matter. I have never seen any other hotel chain do that to their patrons. This will remain in my memory for quite some time that Hyatt is not reliable in this regard.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was extremely convenient, with only a short walk to Maid of the Mist and several good restaurants. Parking validation was an added benefit and made the stay even more convenient. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable overall.
