It is a nice property with upscale finishings. There is a strong cigarette odor in the lobby.
When we checked in they had no reservation for us and blamed Expedia. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes while the lady at the desk waited on her phone to try to get it fixed. She looked po'ed and did not offer me any updates, even though she was obviously on hold. When I asked for a status she simply said she is working on it. Finally I asked her for the manager and she rudely pointed to another lady at the end of the counter. That lady was nice and took my number and said she would call me when it was fixed but she could not give me a room until it was so we would have to do find something to do or sit in the lobby. 2 hours later it was fixed.
A few days later we asked for new towels and the garbage can to be emptied. We left came back 4 hours later noting so we called again apparently our request was lost so we requested again. We left for dinner and came back and there were new towels on the bed and the garbage in the main room was emptied but not in the bathroom and the wet towels in the bathroom we left for them were still there.
Also this place is a 15 minute walk to the falls so don't think you are right there. Again nice place but the issues we had detracted from the experience.
