The rooms are very spacious and feel large due to the high ceilings. We slept well as it was very quiet too! Our rooftop reservation was cancelled due to a private event; however, they rebooked us an another amazing rooftop nearby! Our stay was exactly what we were looking for in NYC. Thank you!

The Refinery is a hidden gem in Midtown. Excellent location to go anywhere in the city and have a larger more comfortable resting area. We have also stayed there for the Thanksgiving parade and loved the proximity and access. Wonderful hotel, can’t say enough.

The hotel is located in a great central location, and the rooms themselves were very quiet. We loved everything about our stay here, the room was large for NYC, the staff was amazing and the restaurants were nice.

Had an amazing stay at the Refinery Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, the rooms are surprisingly spacious, and the hotel has so much character. I especially loved staying in a beautiful prewar building—a refreshing change from the sea of uninspired mid-century architecture scattered throughout Midtown. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and everyone I encountered was professional and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful stay and a hotel I’d happily return to.

Wonderful staff, our room was a little warn out, but overall, great location, good price and fun things to do at the hotel. Would recommend. Only thing is they need to upgrade the coffee situation. And it would be awesome to add live music on Sunday night too.

I recently discovered this hotel in NYC. I have been going there for years and I am always unimpressed by the quality price ratio. This hotel is beautiful! High ceilings and very large rooms. Big beautiful Windows and modern. Very nice hardwood floors as well. I will be going back for sure. Highly recommended.
