「The property had everything we needed and more! It was pretty, clean, and not far from all the activities we had planned! There was a ton of room in the house and the outside was so peaceful especially with the fire pit! We would definitely stay there again!!」

「The bed and breakfast was amazing! We stayed in the African room and it was very clean, beautiful decor and very comfortable bed. We had a Mexican breakfast that was prepared by Jeanne, it was very delicious. Dave greeted us when we got there, he was a delight to talk to. Overall, this bed and breakfast is a wonderful get away and we will definitely be back. Thank you Dave and Jeanne for the wonderful experience!」

Not only did she welcome us upon arrival , but she made sure to provide everything you need while vacationing from out of town, including a Nespresso machine that we really enjoyed, along with a cozy and clean atmosphere! Beautiful location, close to the Highmark Stadium, not a bad drive to get to Niagara Falls, and overall highly recommended. A bonus was her cute rescue fur babies that stayed with her.Thank you Polly for a wonderful stay! 」

「Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...
