"had a very disappointing experience at B Ocean Resort Fort Lauderdale. The hotel is extremely overpriced for what you actually get. I paid $420 for the room, and it was not worth it at all. The room was not clean, and the air conditioning unit was dirty, which made the stay very uncomfortable. One of the most frustrating issues was the coffee maker—it didn’t work. I asked staff to fix or replace it three different times, and even after switching it out multiple times, it still didn’t work. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was not helpful or accommodating, which made everything worse. There were also hidden fees that were not clearly explained upfront. Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, unhelpful staff, and unexpected charges, I would not recommend staying here."

"We had a handicapped room. It had broken hinges on the bathroom door. The walk in shower seal was stained yellow and appeared very dirty. The room lacks overall cleaning as most of the hotel. Very disappointing. My daughter in a wheelchair could not open the door to the room so she would not be able to access the HANDICAPPED room without someone else. "

" We found our stay at The Grove Resort and Water Park to be just okay. When we arrived for our 4pm check-in, we were told our room wasn’t ready, but they would call us when it was available. After nearly two hours of waiting, we stopped at the front desk to inquire and found out that our room was in fact ready but no one had called to let us know. This was a bit frustrating after a long day of travel with four kids. The 3-bedroom condo was a good size for our family of six. However, the kitchen only had very basic necessities (e.g., no oven mitts, dish towels, etc.) and the appliances didn’t work well. The oven took forever to heat up, and the soap dispenser on the dishwasher didn’t work properly so we had to wash our dishes by hand. The toaster also stopped working on the last day of our stay. The resort itself was centrally located (close to the parks and other activities); however, it was very large and confusing to navigate. The hallways were narrow and there weren’t enough working elevators (it wasn’t uncommon to wait 10-15 minutes in line for an elevator with the kids dripping wet after being at the pool). The pool area was the highlight of the resort and the kids enjoyed a couple of afternoons at the water park. Overall, we enjoyed our trip to Orlando for the sunshine, warm weather, and pool time, but we wouldn’t stay at this resort again on our next trip. "
