"Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Great location away from chaos but close to streetcars to take you where you want to go. Staff seem a little moody and annoyed when you ask them questions. I imagine they get a little tired of dealing with tourists every day. We would stay here again without hesitation."

"The shower walls had not been wiped down in quite some time. Soap and shampoo residue was obvious. There was an area on the floor in front of the sink was slippery like it had an oil residue. Those were my only complaints. The room was cozy and stylish. They made my bed and refreshed towels daily which I really enjoyed. The staff were all very nice except for one gentleman. The pool area was perfection! I loved the covered areas which allowed me to sit outside comfortably without getting too much sun. I would definitely stay again."
