Apartments in Reserve for Rent

"The property is generally clean and all rhe staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean overall but with some minor damage (e.g. a wooden clothes hanging rack had a broken dowel and was unuseable). One of the elevators was also out of commission although signs indicated maintenance was on the way). Our room air conditioner also had a funky, odd noise most of the time (like road construction crew dumping gravel in the street). When it wasn't making that noise, it was pretty quiet in operation. Lastly, the room lacked charging ports for electronic equipment. The facility is in a great location for airport travelers. And, again, all the staff were fantastic. This is a friendly, clean and comfortable place that could vastly improve with updated technical amenities. I would readily stay here again, but making sure I had the appropriate smartphone and laptop charging."

"Came in last night and online showed availability but when we unloaded the car and tried to check in the front desk associate said they were totally sold out. We loaded the car up again but I decided to go back in and ask the associate why it was showing available. She got aggravated and said she did have rooms available but the TV was not working. I told her I didn't need a TV just a room so I could catch my flight. She proceeded not to speak to me for the rest of the interaction and only gave us 1 room key and didn't acknowledge us for the rest of the transaction. Beyond rude. "

"Met our needs—a clean, quiet place to sleep, close to the airport. The hotel has been renovated not too long ago so there are tile floors and comfortable beds, clean linens, a huge mini fridge, and newer tv. Not may stations available through cable though. The women at the desk for check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. The area feels safe and has about every type of store and restaurant close by. It took us maybe 5-10 minutes to get to the car rental return at the airport. With the reasonable rates, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
