Breakfast was eh. Room was clean HOWEVER it was really damp in the room. Bedding, towels and floors damp/wet. Very miserable. Staff were not the friendliest.

The breakfast was not attended my anyone. There were no cups. There were no plates. There were no eggs. It was a huge disappointment!

My biggest complaint was that the hotel advertises for 24/7 shuttle service to the airport. We were hoping to get there to meet a large group by 2:45 am. however they break from 2 to 3:15 am.

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Meeting the neighbor, David, and Stephen's cat and dog were all fun for the kids. There was very little traffick on the road which helped make it a peaceful location.

Great place! Close to everything, Kenner, Metairie. 20 min to Downtown New Orleans.Next to the Levy that you can walk. Safe, quiet area. Near airport but never heard a plane! Our host was only a call or text away.
