"Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful courtyard and close to the action, but also had a quiet nights rest. Only negative was the wifi didn’t work well and data reception was bad. Would stay again!"

"The staff was not very accommodating or transparent during our stay. The “$130 tour credit per night” is misleading—it sounds like you’re getting $130 off a tour, but in reality it works out to about $15–$20 off per tour for two people. There was also a $15 daily credit for food and drinks that was not clearly explained. I was told I could use the credit at PJ’s, but when I got snacks there, I was still charged. The details about where the credit could actually be used were never clearly specified, which felt misleading. I also had issues with the room itself. There was a loud noise coming from the heating system or vent about every 15 minutes throughout the night. It almost sounded like someone constantly flushing a toilet, which made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom vent was also covered in built-up dust, which was not very hygienic. The beds were uncomfortable as well, and overall the room did not meet expectations. On top of that, the staff could have been more friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend or stay at this location again."

"Overall a nice stay here at the AC Hotel. Room was clean ans freindly staff. The rooms can use a reno. at least with the floors, as the one in the room we stayed were warped. The locatiis great as you are just 2 blocks away from French Quarter, but just far enough away from the madness of Bourbon if thats not you're thing overnight."

"The hotel is a short walk to Riverwalk Mall. There are number a restaurants right outside the hotel. The Caesar Casino is directly across the street. Mother’s restaurant is also across the street the other direction there is usually a line but it moves quickly good for breakfast. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. "

Love the breakfast and happy hour options, food at this hotel was truly neck and neck with the food of the city- YES, That good. Overall, this should be a five star hotel, exceptional place to stay. "Lots of shops and food choices. My room was next to the linen closet and it was quite loud most of my stay. Staff is very friendly."
