"Parking was great. Everything was great. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The ladies at the desk ( the day we Checked in) were not very friendly at all. Everyone else was wonderful! "

"Very enjoyable we were close by to everything we ended up leaving our clothes in Pensacola. We were able to go across to the Riverwalk and get something to wear to the concert. The concierge were great at calling us a taxi. Everybody was very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. We definitely Will stay there when we come back to New Orleans"
