The staff was helpful through our stay. And the lobby was beautiful, as usual this time of year. We did have a Canal facing room, so it y tends to be quite noisy at night.

The room was spotless! The staff was amazing! The Spa was delightful! Concierges were so wonderful in helping us navigate our way around the city and get to fun events. The coffee at PJ's was AMAZING! The Thanksgiving Day Buffet was delicious! Cannot wait to go back to this amazing hotel.

The king suite was perfection, the lobby was magical. The service was impeccable! Shout out to Randy the doorman who gave such wonderful conversation and advice and the valet service was the best I’ve ever received. When in New Orleans, this is the place to go! So grateful - Brandy
