"Great location. The bellmen that greeted us at the door everyday and helped us with our luggage was very friendly and helpful. The room was dated and the bathroom was very small. The rooftop pool was closed for renovation. The tour credits awarded upon booking were misleading and difficult to use."

"I’ve never stayed anywhere like here before, it was so amazing and the employees from check in, to house cleaning, and ESPECIALLY room service are some of the kindest, most helpful, caring people I have ever encountered! My only complaint is that I think the hotel guests should have better access to the carousel bar as we did not get to use that since it was always way too packed and there were never reservations available so I just think that would be the only thing that would change the experience!"
