The location is very convenient and close to popular places and attractions, stores, restaurants and transportation as well. You don’t have to drive, walkable distance to everything. Our room was pretty big with coffeemaker, microwave, small fridge and safe also. Thank you very much for your hospitality we spent an amazing time .

I would’ve given this a better rating had it not been for some annoying issues we had here that weren’t addressed by front desk staff/mgmt at all. Firstly check out is at 11. By 9 housekeeping we’re letting themselves into our room without even an announcement. Just suddenly someone was opening the door! Luckily we had the lock on but they were back again at 1030 doing the same thing. When we mentioned this to the front desk staff they just shrugged it off as nothing but this is inappropriate. Housekeeping has no business unlocking your door without announcement and not 2 hours prior to check out. As well we then moved to a room for 4. Every time staff came to change towels they would provide necessities for 3 and we had to constantly ask for another set of towels. One of these times we didn’t realize until later at night and when we called front desk they said housekeeping went home and they had no access to towels yet somehow the security guard overheard this and he was able to get towels? Pretty ridiculous. Other than that the hotel was clean, conveniently located, and the staff that were helpful were very much so while a few others just couldn’t be bothered.

Shout out to the front desk staff, especially Ms. Karma. She was so friendly and every suggestion she gave that we tried for food and destinations were great. Only thing we didn't like was that there was no full length mirror in the room and the lightning was dull.

The property was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. My only issue is that we had to request additional towels and washcloths at the front desk. They would put in a request to the laundry staff and then there was a wait sometimes. It seemed as if there was an issue with laundry being washed. We were there for a festival, so the hotel may have just been really full.

We came into town to surprise my dad at a music festival. I picked this location due to location to my dad‘s hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. It had a really nice rooftop pool. Most of all me and my daughter felt very safe and secure, traveling just the two of us. We did try breakfast at the hotel in the restaurant not a big fan, but they had a great little coffee bar. And the barista was very nice and great with her recommendations.
