The elevator was out of service, The mattress in the primary bedroom sagged toward the middle, and we saw a roach run underneath one of the beds.Hopefully these are temporary issues that can be addressed, because the property has a lot of potential."

"Very close to Bourbon so a quick walk but far enough away there was no chaos or noise. Security officer was parked across the street in the evening and at night so we felt safe leaving our cars in the free on street parking we found within 1 block to the building. Building and unit were both very clean. Pool had a bench going around to sit on and a little tanning elevated area.
