「We had seamless communication about the rental from the start and check-in was easy. We arrived early and had pre-arranged to drop our bags until check-in time. As a consequence, we saw the thoroughness of the cleaning crew (very impressed!). The neighborhood was quiet and as many have noted, had a great coffee breakfast/lunch spot on the corner.
