Before booking hotel website states parking available which is not true. You have to valet park for an extra fee. Only 2 people working in valet and takes an extremely long time to drop off and pick up vehicle. Stayed on the 7th floor and whole floor reeked of marijuana. I had my kids with me and they asked me what is that smell. Smell was extremely strong. Breakfast is over too early at 9:30.

The staff at this Hampton Inn location were pleasant to encounter. They were welcoming, friendly, and eager to assist. Thank you for accommodating our early check-in quickly and being an amazing establishment. I highly recommend this location and when I return to New Orleans, I will probably stay here again.
