Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located fully updated shotgun apartment! This home is one half of a historically renovated duplex next door to a locally owned and operated high end nail salon located in the West Riverside Corridor of the 4800 block of Tchoupitoulas Street! Enjoy tall ceilings, abundant free street parking, stainless steel appliances, a comfortable King Bed, and two fluffy twin beds! Living is easy in style at this home!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Charming Shotgun House in the Heart of New Orleans

Cute little shotgun house in New Orleans and loved every moment. It was cozy, clean, and conveniently within walking distance to a fantastic restaurant just a few houses down that quickly became our favorite spot! A perfect place to experience the heart of New Orleans!

Great Little Uptown Apartment

Perfect place for a short stay with kids. Entrance has a ramp so no stairs to worry about. Grocery store is walkable and there is a place to get sno balls across the street. Apartment is clean and comfortable.

Stayed here for a couple of days and it was in a good location. About 5-10 mins from Superdome. Parking was difficult on one night since there is a bar down the street, and you can hear people outside as they are walking to and from the bar, but never felt unsafe. Otherwise was very pleased with the location and stay.

This cute space had everything we needed for a short trip to New Orleans! Safe area, convenient to all the main touristy areas. Great communication by host! Will stay again if we make it back down!
